- Communication Preferences:: Whether you opt-in to receive push notifications.
- Notes: Any tenant-specific notes or remarks.
- Owner Data:: Name, Email, Mobile number, Address, and specified Area (e.g., region of property interest). We also record their share percentage in properties they own.
- Property & Unit Details:: Property names, addresses, locations, types, statuses, descriptions, images, number of units/rooms, and specific unit details like unit number, floor, area value/unit, number of rooms/bathrooms, and monthly rent.
- Lease/Contract Information:: Lease start and end dates, monthly rent, payment frequency, rent due day, total lease amount, contract file paths, and lease activity status.
- Payment Records:: Payment dates, amounts, reference numbers, payment methods, and notes.
- Expense Records:: Expense dates, amounts, descriptions, reference numbers, expense categories, vendor details, property/unit linkage, and payment methods. For recurring expenses, recurrence type, interval, and start/end dates are collected.
- Maintenance Requests:: Subject, issue descriptions, tenant notes, property/unit linkage, status, priority, assigned dates, vendor details, estimated costs, completed dates, and resolution notes.
